Would you be interested in joining the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as an interim via Randstad Italia?

We are looking for a Financial Technical Assistant to work in the Finance Unit.

Responsabilità
The interim will:
Process assigned procurement and grant calls in alignment with operational plans;
Maintain monthly updates of the G&P; plan, tracking key milestones for each procedure;
Ensure timely data entry into LCK and maintain organized filing within the DMS;
Support the tender drafting phase, contributing to contract provisions, implementation, and payment modalities;
Guarantee the legality and regularity of procurement and grant procedures;
Monitor the launch, evaluation and award phases to ensure full compliance with EU Financial Regulation requirements.




Functie-eisen
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
Previous experience with grants and procurements;
Knowledge of EU Financial Regulations;
Knowledge of Italian is considered as asset;
Behavioural competencies: attention to detail, teamwork, focus on stakeholder needs, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with ambiguity.
Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension.
Salary: approx.
€ ****,00 per month before taxes.
Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.
Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma, Italy for the remaining days.
