Overview
In this role you drive financial insight and planning to support strategic decisions. You partner with cross-functional teams to ensure robust budgeting, forecasting, and reporting aligned with company objectives. You’ll lead continuous improvement and digital initiatives in FP&A; while mentoring a junior team. This position offers impact through shaping planning processes in a multinational industrial setting and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate executive-level reports and financial reviews aligning data with strategic goals
- Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes ensuring consistency across scenarios
- Act as finance partner to business controlling,
delivering ad hoc analyses for decision-making
- Drive FP&A; digital transformation and process improvements
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8–10 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Finance
- Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
