Are you passionate about technology that empowers engineers, educators, and innovators worldwide? Arduino is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a group of related projects and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals, delivering business value through coordinated execution. In this role, you’ll contribute to the definition of program objectives, scope, and roadmap ensuring prioritization in alignment with business goals. You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long‑term strategy.

This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery

Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership

A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics

Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach
