Axiom Technologies in Rome is seeking a capable IT professional to coordinate from simple tasks to more complex plans, providing onsite and on-call support to end-users to ensure optimal service delivery. You will handle desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, respond to requests via ticketing systems, install OSes, configure new workstations, and maintain asset inventory.
The role requires 1+ year of desktop support experience, strong Windows/Office 365 knowledge, and good communication
