pIn this role you will lead Global Services NPDI initiatives, driving end-to-end development, service readiness, and global deployment of Vertiv products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional service teams to embed service requirements into launches and life-cycle activities. You will manage cross-functional programs across multiple regions, balancing priorities and delivering scalable service capabilities. This is a strategic, execution-focused leadership role with impact on service readiness and deployment success. /pulliLead Hardware + Services NPDI and Service-Only NPDI projects from intake to launch and service readiness /liliDefine scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regions /liliEnsure alignment with business priorities, service strategy, and deployment requirements /liliManage multiple concurrent projects across Vertiv portfolios /liliDrive execution and accountability across geographically distributed teams /liliLead NPDI governance and stage-gate activities, identifying risks and readiness needs /liliCoordinate reviews, status updates, and gate readiness assessments /liliDevelop service readiness plans for new products and services /liliCoordinate readiness activities including documentation, procedures, training, tools, spare parts, and regional capabilities /liliPartner with NPDI Engineers and regional service teams to close readiness gaps /liliSupport design transfer, product introduction, and global service implementation /liliEstablish launch readiness criteria and monitor progress through stabilization /liliEvaluate NPDI intake and prioritize projects across business units /liliCoordinate with BU PMO leads on scope, involvement, and timing /liliMaintain project status, milestones, risks, dependencies,
and resources /liliIdentify capacity constraints and coordinate resource planning with Global Services leadership /liliSupport portfolio reporting and provide visibility into project health /liliContribute to PMO process improvements /liliServe as primary Global Services contact for NPDI initiatives /liliBuild relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, BU PMOs, and regional leadership /liliFacilitate alignment across regions with competing priorities /liliPromote consistency in service readiness and project execution /liliSupport development of global standards, playbooks, and repeatable processes /liliLead or support digital service initiatives involving connected products, field technologies, and AI-enabled tools /liliCoordinate cross-functional initiatives with digital workflows and deployment readiness /liliEnsure technology initiatives deliver measurable value and address operational needs /liliPartner with technical teams to manage milestones and dependencies /liliSupport integration of new technologies into global service operations /liliMaintain risk, issue, action, and dependency registers /liliIdentify and mitigate schedule, resource, technical, and operational risks /liliCapture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in governance and execution /liliProvide leadership with clear recommendations and escalation paths when at risk /liliBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline /lili5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, engineering, or product development /liliExperience managing complex, cross-functional projects /liliExperience with NPDI, product development, or service operations /liliStrong planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills /liliExperience with geographically distributed teams and multiple functions /liliAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments /liliStrong written, verbal, and executive communication skills /liliAbility to analyze complex problems and drive actionable outcomes /liliWillingness to travel domestically and internationally /liliCross-functional collaboration /liliCommunication /liliJira /liliConfluence /liliSmartsheet /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
