Develop hybrid PPA solution targeting a 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data centers; /liliGreen Power PPAs: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature opportunities in Italian Upstream PPA with third party developer and with Engie projects; /liliCooperate with Downstream sales team in structuring and drafting the downstream PPA offers; /liliBESS/Flex Tolling: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature BESS tolling/flex optimization opportunities with third party developers; /liliFull comprehension of the pricing methodologies and models and collaboration to the development of the relevant models in close collaboration with the power portfolio and pricing team; /liliFollow legislative and market structural changes in the Italian markets impacting SEM green power and flexibility business; /liliProvide technical market knowledge and commercial support to implement contracts properly, while ensuring a very good coordination of the different stakeholders/counterparties involved. /li /ulpThis is a front office role, working in a dynamic trading floor environment and in close collaboration with trading, quants, risk, legal, and other origination teams. /ph3About You /h3ulliMore than 5 years of experience in the energy market, with relevant experience in structured origination. Track record in Italian green power with track record in structured deals negotiated and signed. /liliMaster degree in quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.). /liliSolid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context. /liliKnowledge of pricing models, risk metrics,
