We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients; answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves people feeling supported and heard. You do not need a background in HR technology; what matters is that you genuinely enjoy helping people, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership of problems until they are solved.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot platform issues and elevate to technical teams where necessary
Guide new users through the Bryq platform and help them get set up
Log and track client interactions accurately in the CRM system
Identify common issues and share feedback with the product team to improve the client experience
Meet individual and team service level targets for response time and resolution quality
Support onboarding of new client accounts alongside the Customer Success team
Requirements
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new software quickly
Secondary education or above
Preferred (Nice To Have)
Experience in a SaaS, HR technology, or recruitment environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk)
A second European language
Experience working in retail, hospitality, or call centre environments — your frontline service skills translate directly
