Luxury Brand is looking for a Brand Language Specialist responsible for maintaining the brand's verbal identity across all product and branding touchpoints. This role ensures consistency in labelling, product storytelling, and brand glossary.

Key Responsibilities

- Write both technical and collection copy for product labels, hangtags, packaging, product inserts, certificates, and other product communication materials.
- Translate technical product features, craftsmanship, and material innovations into meaningful, client-centric narratives.
- Manage the brand's terminology, naming conventions, and language usage, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Maintain a centralized Brand Glossary , defining approved terminology, product vocabulary, messaging frameworks, and writing standards, aligned with internal copywriters and creative team.




- Review and edit copy produced by internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment with the brand's voice and language standards.
- Continuously refine the brand language by identifying opportunities to strengthen clarity, consistency, and emotional impact across product touchpoints.

Skills & Qualifications

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, and verbal identity systems.
- Ability to balance technical accuracy with creative, emotionally engaging communication.
- Experience developing language guidelines, brand terminology, and editorial standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional creative and product teams.
