YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Control and monitoring of logistics processes at production sites from goods receipt to shipping according to lean logistics principles (e.g., JIS, JIT, Line Back Planning)
- Ensuring material availability for production site, in designated KANBAN racks and guaranteeing smooth operations
- Participation in the introduction of new logistics processes at the site
- Continuous improvement of site-specific intralogistics processes in collaboration with logistics planning and process planning departments
- Collaboration with the Quality department on quality issues
- Ensuring proper storage and transport of goods, especially sensitive items such as circuit boards
- Implementation and optimization of the lean logistics philosophy
- Monitoring compliance with rules of conduct regarding working and break times, order & cleanliness, etc.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
- Knowledge of process management and operationl logistic
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and BI systems
- Structured, independent working style with strong team spirit, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Language xjncmbx skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageous
