ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader to drive architecture and RTL development for high-speed digital subsystems in communication ICs and mixed-signal SoCs. You will define architectures, lead RTL efforts, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of digital IC design experience with strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills. Experience with FinFET/FD-SOI processes and interfaces like PCIe/UCIe is a plus.
