You will join the Sales team as aField Key Account, with a specific focus on theModern Trade channel.
Your area of responsibility will beTrieste and its province, where you will experience first?hand the implementation of commercial strategies and manage our in?store presence across key client accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will take ownership of both theoperational and strategic managementof your assigned territory, ensuring that our products are always available, well?positioned, and supported by effective promotional materials.
During your regularstore visits, you will identify newbusiness opportunitiesand propose innovativecommercial solutionsthat drive growth and visibility.
As the face of Ferrero in your area, you will build strong, long?lastingrelationshipswith client representatives while collaborating closely with central teams to execute cross?functional projects.
Your contribution will be essential in guaranteeing excellence in sales execution and strengthening our brand's presence within the Modern Trade channel.
About You:
About You: You bring with you a degree in Economics or a related field and prior experience in Sales, giving you the tools to understand market dynamics and consumer needs.
You will add analytical thinking, curiosity, and astrong results orientationto our team, helping us turn insights into impactful actions.
You will contribute your interpersonal and relationship?building skills, allowing you to establish effective partnerships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Your proficiency with MS Office, including the use of functions such asVLOOKUPandPivot Tables, will help you analyze performance and support decision?making.
You communicate fluently in both Italian and English and hold avalid driver's license, enabling you to move efficiently across your territory.
While this role is based in the surroundings of Trieste your willingness to be geographically mobile will open doors to future opportunities within the organization
What We Offer:
What We Offer: The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € ******.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
