Burberry is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the Milano La Rinascente location. You will support the Store Manager in driving category performance, coaching a sales team, and delivering the Burberry Experience across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, implementing training programs with the Training department, and maintaining brand standards while ensuring an efficient, customer-centric store operation.
