Job SummaryLead and support business transformation initiatives, helping clients optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and service delivery across a variety of industries
Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define transformation roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational performance
Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations, and support decision?making throughout the transformation journey
Contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives by supporting capability development, governance, and organizational transformation
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.

Skills and QualificationsExperience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or change management
Strong analytical, problem?solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, Lean Six Sigma principles, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Interest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), AI?enabled transformation, automation, and digital operating models.
Fluency in Italian and English,
excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment
