Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Open to relocating within Portugal
Additional Information:
- Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
