In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into well-defined initiatives and guiding projects from demand intake and prioritization through delivery.

Collect, analyse, and translate business needs into clear IT requirements and project proposals.
Assess, prioritise, and manage the IT demand pipeline in line with business value, strategic objectives, available capacity, and dependencies.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when required.
Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and ensure successful delivery, adoption, and alignment of IT solutions with business expectations.
