We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Support Specialist to cover the whole Italian dealer network. You will be the core technical backbone for all local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote & on-site troubleshooting, technical upgrade management and quality issue closed-loop improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nationwide technical training programs for automotive dealers, systematically improve workshop repair capability of all service networks.
- Provide end-to-end technical support: remote online troubleshooting and on-site field assistance to resolve complex vehicle failure cases.
- Take full ownership of technical upgrade campaigns,
optimize execution plans and lift the overall completion rate of all upgrade activities.
- Collect and **escalate** vehicle quality defects timely, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships; brands including Fiat, Citroën, VW, Toyota, Hyundai, Skoda, Renault, Dacia, SEAT are highly preferred.
- Fluent English for global team communication.
- Fluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors. xjncmbx
