What You'll Do
Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads
Respond to inbound leads within minutes
Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date
Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
Work closely with outside sales and installation teams
Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month
