Join the Cat Temple kitchen team in Milan or London and help deliver a modern European menu built around seasonality, generosity and consistency. You will work in a focused kitchen that treats food quality, hygiene and animal welfare with equal seriousness.

Your responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items to agreed recipes and presentation standards
- Organize your section and complete mise en place for each service
- Work closely with chefs and front-of-house colleagues during service
- Store ingredients correctly, monitor stock and reduce waste
- Follow allergen, food safety and cleaning procedures
- Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and service improvements

What we are looking for
- Relevant kitchen experience in a restaurant or comparable setting




- Sound food safety knowledge and a disciplined approach to cleanliness
- Calm organization and reliable teamwork during busy service
- Respect for cats and willingness to follow site-specific welfare xjncmbx protocols
- The legal right to work in the location for which you apply
