Field Service Engineer -Northern ItalyLove the challenge of fixing what others cant? Join a fast-growing life sciences company on a mission to accelerate breakthroughs in human health.Youll be the go-to expert keeping cutting-edge Proteomics instruments running at customer sites across Italy, Switzerland & South France - diagnosing hardware, software and chemistry issues, and turning frustrated customers into fans.What youll do:Install, maintain and repair complex lab systems on-siteTroubleshoot tricky technical problems under pressureDrive root-cause fixes, not just band-aidsBe the face of the company for ~60% of your time on the roadWhat youll bring:A science/engineering degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)Solid grounding in optical, electrical & mechanical systemsA knack for root cause analysisBonus points: Mass Spec experience, CRM tools (Salesforce/ServiceMax), and Italian language skillsIf youre a technically sharp,
