YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
Training Management,
Involvement in full life cycle recruitment;
Personnel administration,
Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
Degree in humanities or economic disciplines,
Good relational and communication skills,
Proactivity, curiosity & learning mindset,
Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on results,
Fluent Italian, basic English knowledge.
