Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.The Candidates support the Operation Manager by managing the operational activities inside BU and transversal through different Area/Depots particularly in the following responsabilities:Drive Operational Excellence & Digital TransformationLead operational improvement initiatives across depots and business units, promoting digitalization, smart tools adoption, process standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen/APSYS).
Monitor Performance through KPI ManagementDefine, track, and enhance operational, financial, and managerial KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision making, fleet performance optimization, and achievement of availability, reliability, safety, and quality targets.Standardize Processes, Systems & ToolsEnsure effective use of ERP and maintenance management systems, harmonize operational processes, standardize tools and reporting practices, and support data quality and governance across sites.Manage Stakeholder, Supplier & Customer RelationshipsAct as a key interface with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal functions, leading operational reviews, coordinating improvement plans, and supporting technical and commercial discussions.Support Business Development & Cost OptimizationParticipate in bid and tender activities, assessing operational requirements, contractual obligations, resource capacity,
and cost efficiency to support profitable business growth.Lead Cross-Functional Coordination & GovernanceCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, facilitate operational meetings, drive problem-solving and corrective actions, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and support people development across the organization.Education required: EngineerLanguages: Fluent professional English is requiredExperiences required:Technical experience in railway businees and expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering (+5 years)Experience of maintenance or production management in the railway industry or similar (+5 years)Project Management and Industrial managementTechnical competencies:Technical knowledge of the trainsIT skills – New Digital tool for Data analysis / managament (PowerBI, PowerApp, Advance Excel, .
