SALES ASSOCIATE 40 HOURS PER WEEK - FASHION BRAND MILAN - ITALY Offering: Salary up to €26,000, depending on experience.
Commission scheme.
About: European heritage embodies craftsmanship, quality and tradition.
Responsibilities: Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales target, both on a monthly and annual basis, while elevating and assisting in business growth.
Implement business strategies following the guidance of the Store Manager, while staying informed about the performance of the Store.
Achieve and exceed personal KPI objectives by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of sales quality.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience from retail/ fashion environment.
High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve. Demonstrated capability to achieve and exceed both individual and store performance targets.
Proficiency in English is required and other foreign language skills are a plus.
