/ph3Role Overview /h3h3Requirements /h3p8+ years in software engineering, architecture, or related technical leadership roles, with proven experience designing complex integrated systems within enterprise SaaS, AI, or related tech environments.
/ppStrong understanding of system integration, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., CRM, ERP, telephony, ticketing systems).
/ppExperience with modern AI/ML platforms and frameworks, ideally including conversational AI or automation agents.
/ppFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable software architectures.

/ppAbility to analyze client business processes and translate them into structured automation and AI agent designs.
/ppProven experience documenting system architecture, data flows, and interface specifications.
/ppExperience building new functions or operations in growth-stage companies or new markets.
/ppExcellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language.
/ppOutstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence - you know how to hold the room.
