We are looking for a Product Owner with strong, hands-on functional analysis skills to join our Digital Customer Experience team and lead the evolution of our B2B eCommerce platform.Who Are We Looking ForWe are looking for a Product Owner with strong, hands-on functional analysis skills to join our Digital Customer Experience team and lead the evolution of our B2B eCommerce platform.You Will Be Responsible ForOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectivesDefine and drive the product roadmap together with business stakeholders.
This role also carries the product-management scope as there is no separate Product Manager for this platformLead product discovery with business stakeholders: analyse business needs, identify the problems worth solving and turn them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional designs — owning the functional depth end-to-endWork directly with the development team and tech lead as a peer, bringing business context and decision-making authority into the team rather than acting as an intermediary.Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibilityCoordinate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectivesWork closely with developers, architects, UX designers throughout the software development lifecycleSupport solution design and validate functional requirements during implementationOwn User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the go/no-go decision for each release; Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovationContribute to the evolution of an integrated omnichannel ecosystem serving B2B customers,



sales teams and customer care across multiple countries and brandsYou are the person we are looking for if you have:At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role on complex digital products or CRM/B2B eCommerce platforms, with proven functional analysis expertise.
Previous experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst is considered valuable when combined with product ownership responsibilitiesSolid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in fast-paced Agile environmentsProven experience managing product backlogs, defining product priorities, writing user stories, and establishing acceptance criteriaStrong product mindset, with a focus on delivering business outcomes rather than outputs, including experience in product discovery and validating solutions with users and stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and effective functional solutionsCustomer-centric and data-driven approachExcellent communication and stakeholder management xysqume skillsProven ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and balance strategic thinking with operational executionHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceFluent English, both written and spokenWhat We OfferA working environment based on a solid corporate culture, where you can confront yourself with many professionals and enrich your skillsA Smart work mode that allows you to live your best work-life balance (3 days a week/free location)National Collective Labour Agreement and Job Classification: Occhialeria – ImpiegatiSalary: starting from ******€.
