ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior Digital Backend Architect in Lombardy to lead place-and-route from synthesis to sign-off and tape-out, and to define scalable backend methodologies across multiple projects.You will mentor engineers, drive timing closure and PPA, interface with foundries and EDA vendors, and help enable advanced CMOS nodes such as FinFET and FD-SOI.
