The role involves managing orders, preparing and updating documentation, and ensuring that the orders are shipped in the confirmed deadline . Extreme flexibility is required. The person in this position will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, will be supervised by the sales director and support purchasing and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries. Daily tasks include handling emails and phone calls, tracking shipments, resolving discrepancies,



and maintaining clear records for reporting and compliance. /ppbQualifications /b /p ulliStrong skills in order processing, data entry, and document management for back office activities. /liliExperience or knowledge in supply chain, purchasing, inventory monitoring, and basic logistics coordination. /liliProficiency with office software (e.g., Excel, Word, ERP or management systems) and comfort working with digital tools. /liliExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with clear priorities. /liliEffective communication skills for collaborating with suppliers, colleagues, and other internal stakeholders. /liliAbility to work on-site in Ponsacco, demonstrating reliability, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. /liliPrevious experience back office, shipping or supply chain roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, economics, logistics, or related fields is an advantage. /liliadapt to changing processes /liliEnglish, German and French are require /li /ul
