To strengthen our team, we are looking for aHR Supervisor in our plant in Yambol.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities, including Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Services.
Supervise and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance, and service delivery.
Oversee blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee development activities to support business needs.
Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor legislation, company policies, internal procedures, and GDPR requirements.
Manage employment documentation, personnel records, organizational changes, and employee lifecycle administration.
Support employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and organizational change initiatives.
Monitor HR KPIs and operational performance,
driving continuous improvement and process standardization.
Ensure accurate HR reporting, document control, audit readiness, and compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate communication with external authorities and support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
Promote employee engagement, operational excellence, and adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Support HR projects and act as a deputy for the HR Operations Manager when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience supervising, coordinating, or mentoring an HR team.
Solid knowledge of Bulgarian labor law and employment regulations.
Experience managing HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, terminations, and personnel files.
Experience working with Bulgarian authorities, including the Labour Inspectorate, National Revenue Agency, and National Social Security Institute.
Strong understanding of GDPR requirements and confidential employee data management.
Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
