Lufthansa Technik Milan is looking for you to join our team in Malpensa. We are seeking a dedicated Engine Shop Operator to support the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft engines, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Your Role
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair activities on engines
- Ensure full compliance with EASA, safety, and quality standards
- Support line maintenance and AOG operations when required

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in aircraft maintenance
- A320 CEO/NEO type rating preferred
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
