ams OSRAM in Italy is seeking a Technical Leader for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs, to guide layout architecture and floorplanning.
You will develop and enforce layout methodologies, drive parasitic-aware implementations, support design teams through sign-off, and mentor layout engineers, with emphasis on advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI) and EM-aware techniques.
