ppWe're looking for a skilledb AI/ML Engineer /b to support us in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that tackle complex real-world challenges. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign and deploy AI models for complex business problems /li liFine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks /li liBuild and manage data pipelines for model training and inference /li liDevelop scalable model deployment strategies in production environments /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered applications /li liMonitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency /li liStay up to date with the latest in AI, LLMs,
and model optimization /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s in Computer Science or related field /li li3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems /li liStrong Python skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow /li liExperience with transformers and LLMs /li liFamiliarity with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation) /li liSolid grasp of MLOps and deployment workflows /li liStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail /li /ul h3Bonus Points (Preferred) /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in AI, ML, or related area /li liExperience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AI /li liKnowledge of embeddings, vector DBs, and semantic search /li liFamiliarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniques /li liExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure) /li liIndustrial domain experience is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
