A few examples of your responsibilities: Support selected Spooners by handling both personal and professional errands, helping them stay focused on their strategic priorities. Conduct thorough research on various topics relevant to the assisted Spooners, and distill findings into clear, concise reports. Organize travel experiences by coordinating transportation and accommodation for both business and personal trips. Manage communications with discretion and efficiency, responding to requests promptly. Take ownership of small projects from initial planning through to completion.

Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. For a candidate that we assess as possessing considerable relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £56,345 and £85,797 in London, and €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe... If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

Before you apply: Bending Spoons is a demanding environment... we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location.
