Role & responsibilitiesEnsure production targets and dispatch commitments are achieved as per business plan.
Control plant operational cost and FG cost per MT (CPMT).
Monitor and reduce material wastage across RM, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods and Packaging.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization.
Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient production planning and timely dispatch.
Maintain healthy industrial relations with workers, and contract labour.

Manage overall preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Preferred candidate profileEducation - BE (Mechanical)
Experience - 3-6 years of relevant experience
Product knowledge- Cement
