Recruitment Employee Management /b /p /brul /brlipManage job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes; /p /li /brlipSupport onboarding, employment documentation, and employee records; /p /li /brlipMaintain employee information and HR systems; /p /li /brlipSupport performance management and other employee lifecycle activities.

Employee Relations /b /p /brul /brlipHandle daily employee relations matters and employee queries; /p /li /brlipSupport employee-related HR matters; /p /li /brlipOrganize employee activities and support internal communication and team engagement.

HR Compliance HQ Coordination /b /p /brul /brlipSupport the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Italian employment regulations; /p /li /brlipManage offboarding processes and related HR documentation; /p /li /brlipCoordinate HR-related matters with bBYD Headquarters in China and the European HR team /b; /p /li /brlipPrepare HR data, reports, and documentation required by Headquarters; /p /li /brlipSupport the implementation of global and European HR initiatives in Italy.
/p /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brlipBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; /p /li /brlipbMinimum 3 years of relevant HR experience /b, preferable in a multinational environment; /p /li /brlipGood knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices; /p /li /brlipbFluency in both Chinese and Italian is mandatory; English is required as a working language; /b /p /li /brlipStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; /p /li /brlipDetail-oriented, responsible, proactive,
and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
