Everyone gets to push their potential to the full. /p h3Discover extraordinary* every day. /h3 h3Purpose and main priorities of the role: /h3 pYou will join our Group Controlling FPA team, based in Milan, working in a young, challenging and dynamic environment. In this role you will be responsible for strategic planning and financial modeling, with the purpose of supporting informed decision-making and driving business growth for the whole Group. /p pYour responsibilities include: /p ul liAnalyze historical financial data in order to provide insights to the Head of Group Controlling and FPA around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability; /li liDevelop financial models and analyze them to reinforce a data-driven decision making; /li liPrepare and keep updated 5 years Strategic Plan, Budget and periodic Forecasts at a Group level; /li liInteract with other functions within the Group and external consultants to collect inputs for budgeting and strategic planning; /li liWork in close collaboration with the Group Controlling team to help deploying strategic initiatives and special projects that impact the entire organization; /li liProvide best-in-class insights that contribute to the formulation of the business’s medium to long term financial and strategic plan. /li /ul h3The attitude and the skills we are looking for : /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent; /li li3-5 years’ experience in a top leading Consulting firm, Private Equity, MA boutique or in FPA functions within International environments which have experienced recent transformation (better if Private Equityowned); /li liAdvanced financial modelling skills; /li liDeep understanding of PL, BS and CF; /li liAnalytical thinker, with a strong attention to details and a significant ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files; /li liBusiness acumen: capability to read and understand information, data, and trends to facilitate decision making process; /li liAbility to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines; /li liPrevious experience with PowerBIandTagetik would be considered a plus; /li liItalian and English proficiency, both spoken and written. /li /ul h3What you can expect from our selection process: /h3 pThe selected profiles will meet the Talent Acquisition, the Group Head of Controlling FPA and the Group CFO.
