The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation. /ph3bMain responsibilities: /b /h3ulliManage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects /liliPlan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners /liliContribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design /liliPromote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization /li /ulh3How to convince us /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Physics,
