Primary ResponsibilitiesAs full time Analyst of M&A; Advisory Italy, you will have the chance to work in a well structured team supporting all the activities associated to the marketing and execution of M&A; mandates – including preparation of marketing material, company valuations, financial modelling and deal execution.Di seguito troverà tutto ciò che deve sapere su questa opportunità e sui requisiti richiesti ai candidati.What we expect from youEducation: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance; Master degree in Management Engineering (Specialization in Finance).

1 year experience in Investment Banking (preferably within M&A; advisory) or Private Equity.Contract type and RemunerationFull time contract according to experience.
