As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will contribute to the development of our Hypercharger products by designing innovative and reliable mechanical solutions that meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost requirements.

Si assicuri di leggere la descrizione completa qui sotto.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop mechanical components and assemblies for Hypercharger productsCreate and maintain 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and related documentationPerform mechanical calculations and support simulation activities to validate design solutionsSelect appropriate materials based on functional, environmental, and cost requirementsSupport concept development, prototyping, testing, and product validation activitiesCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including electronics, software, industrialization, and manufacturingParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical problem-solving activitiesSupport products throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to series productionContribute to continuous product improvement and engineering best practicesProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers when requiredYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical qualificationSeveral years of experience in mechanical product development,
ideally within electromechanical productsStrong understanding of mechanical design principles, strength calculations, material selection, and manufacturing processesExperience with CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorksis considered an advantageStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStructured, proactive, results-oriented way of working and commitment to engineering excellence and high-quality standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skills as well as ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teamsFluent in English; German and/or Italian are a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesTotal compensation: € ******- € ******* including 30% variable premio based on goal achievementAdditional company benefitsThe compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role.
