You'll play a vital role in enabling our customers to make breakthrough discoveries and innovations that make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll ensure product quality, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance in a GMP environment.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree required, prior experience preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical sterile, medical device or regulated industry preferredPreferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering,



or related scientific/technical fieldAdditional certifications in Quality Systems or GMP preferredStrong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards (13485/9001), and international regulatory requirementsExperience with quality systems and documentation including batch records, SOPs, deviations, CAPAProficiency in quality management software systems (TrackWise, SAP, etc.)Demonstrated ability to perform detailed documentation review and quality assessmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for quality investigations and root cause analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills both Italian and EnglishAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience conducting internal quality audits xysqume and supporting external regulatory auditsProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to prioritize and adapt in a changing environmentExperience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferredMay require up to 10% travelMust be able to work in controlled environments wearing required PPEThermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
