As a Game Chat Moderator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring chat interactions, fostering positive communication, and maintaining community standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor in-game chat and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
Engage with players to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
Identify, address, and escalate inappropriate behavior and content promptly.
Respond to player inquiries and provide support related to chat moderation policies.
Document moderation actions taken and maintain accurate records for reporting.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and community engagement.




Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in online moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in moderating content.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
