ams OSRAM seeks a senior expert for company-wide leadership in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments, and drive transmitter/receiver architectures while mentoring senior engineers.
Required is a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of analog IC design experience, plus deep knowledge of broadband optical ICs, HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, PLLs, CDRs, ADCs/DACs, and advanced CMOS nodes
