As a QA Ambassador, you will be the guardian of our software's quality and reliability.

customer needs and technical development.
This role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support to
ensure a seamless platform experience.
Your Typical DayQA Execution & Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates.
Workflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process.
Customer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers.
Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend,
and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.
Release Approval: Verify and sign off on individual features before they are deployed to production.
Experience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance, software testing, or advanced technical support roles (SaaS experience is a plus).
Attention to Detail: A near-perfectionist approach to identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and translate vague user feedback into clear technical requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields with a strong process-oriented mindset.
