For one of our properties we are looking for, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.
/ppRole Objective /ppThe Front Desk Agent represents the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in providing a warm, efficient and personalized welcome.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out operations, managing reservations and assisting guests throughout their entire stay.

/liliManage check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
/liliProvide detailed information about the property's services, the city and local events.
/liliManage telephone and online reservations through the property's management software.
/liliKeep arrival and departure records up to date.
/liliCollaborate with other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
/liliHandle complaints or special requests with quick and effective solutions.
/liliEnsure that the reception area and information materials are tidy and presentable.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongMandatory Requirements /strong /pulliHigh school diploma or degree in tourism/languages (preferred qualification).
/liliAt least 1 year of experience in hotels of the same or higher category.
/liliExcellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
/liliExcellent command of French and/or German (B2 level or higher).
/liliKnowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus.
/liliFamiliarity with the main OTA channels and reservation systems.
