We're looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues.
You'll be the escalation point when others can't fix it - helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs .
Non si lasci sfuggire questa occasione: si candidi rapidamente se la sua esperienza e le sue competenze corrispondono a quanto descritto di seguito.What you'll do:Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotelyDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faultsUse OEM tools (e.G. wiTECH, DiagBOX ) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterizationIdentify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentationSupport both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleetsCreate clear technical reports and case updatesCoach technicians and provide hands-on guidanceFeed recurring issues into continuous improvementWhat you bring:Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field serviceProven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faultsHands-on use of OEM diagnostic toolsConfidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentationExperience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teamsAbility to support and guide techniciansPreferred : experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support backgroundTechnical knowledgeModern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronicsNetworks: CAN / LIN / FlexRayDiagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashingLanguageWorking proficiency in English required (written and spoken)Additional European languages are a plusMSX is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, neurodiversity or other personal characteristics and backgrounds, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, or marital and parental status.
