Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional frontline support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.

Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service or a support role is a plus.
