Responsibilities
Provide real-time support to Italian-speaking players via in-game chat, email, and community forums.
Troubleshoot in-game issues and assist players with technical queries related to gameplay, accounts, and performance.
Document and track player issues in the support ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Communicate effectively with players to help them understand game mechanics, features, and updates.
Collaborate with the game development team to provide feedback on player experiences and recurring issues.
Stay informed about the latest game updates, features, and industry trends to enhance support delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and player satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in customer support, especially in the gaming industry, is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
An avid gamer with a deep understanding of gaming concepts and community dynamics.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate player needs.
