Key Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding entertainment services, including events, activities, and bookings.
Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing issues and queries efficiently.

Manage and process bookings, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to clients.

Requirements
