ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader for architecture and RTL development of high-speed digital subsystems in communication ICs and mixed-signal SoCs. You will shape digital subsystem architectures and drive the RTL design flow from definition to integration.
The role requires 10+ years of digital IC design experience, proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog, and hands-on work with advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI).
