Duties:
Accurately record and transcribe depositions, public meetings, and other formal proceedings for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Nebraska.
Organize and facilitate virtual kick-off meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Ensure all transcripts meet federal, state (Nebraska), and local standards, including proper formatting and indexing.
Travel to various locations as required, with adherence to travel regulations.
Requirements:
Valid court reporting license/certification for Nebraska.
Notary certification in Nebraska.
Demonstrated experience in court reporting for a federal government agency.
Proficiency in remote computer/video equipment for court reporting.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
