Job role
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Process Automation Expert to design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. As a Process Automation Expert, you will work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using tools like UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism.
What you will do
Solution Design & Development:
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop RPA workflows using industry-standard tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
Process Analysis & Optimization:
Collaborate with process owners and analysts to optimize workflows for automation.
Ensure developed solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.
Deployment & Maintenance:
Deploy RPA bots in production environments and ensure smooth operation.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
Perform upgrades or enhancements as needed to keep solutions updated and relevant.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely results.
Provide training and support to end users for implemented solutions.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all RPA solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards.
Follow best practices in RPA development, including coding standards and version control.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Experience with programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
Knowledge of database querying (SQL) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with OCR technologies and AI/ML integration in automation is a plus.
3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end automation projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
RPA Developer certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
