As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards for our Spanish-speaking audience.
Key Responsibilities
Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
Accurately classify content based on established policies and moderation standards.
Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation strategies.
Collaborate with team members to refine and enhance moderation processes.
Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is advantageous.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
